homes juegos carreras real estate investing – A Walk Across America – The Inspirational Story of Gary Kuhre
homes I am really inspired by Jeff Herring’s life story of how he came to be tops in the field of online article marketing. Regardless of how we perceive the state of the economy right now and regardless of our beliefs (spiritual or otherwise) we cannot go wrong by following his inspirational example. Although I cannot tell his story as well as he, my goal with this short article is to help spread it way beyond the article marketing crowd because I feel his story is a pattern, a metaphor and an example for all of us to follow during these turbulent times on earth.
About three years ago, Jeff was in a totally different situation. He was going through a divorce and his wife and kids had moved to Atlanta, hundreds of miles away from where he had a thriving marriage and family counseling practice in Tallahassee, Florida. To be with his two kids each weekend, he drove a thousand miles, while closing down his practice in Tallahassee and setting up a new livelihood for himself in Atlanta.
juegos carreras Then two years ago on Christmas Eve he found himself in Atlanta with just enough money either to pay for an inexpensive motel for the night, or to spend on his kids the following day. He chose to save the money for Christmas day, spending part of the night in his van and part of it in the motel lounge where he usually stayed. Around one in the morning, while trying to stay awake by working on his laptop in the lounge, he received an email from a buddy wishing him Merry Christmas. Jeff knew that this email held an important message for him. He interpreted it as a sign that God was telling him that He knew that Jeff’s life sucked at the moment, and that things would get better soon. (Jeff had created an online product and it was beginning to sell . . .)

One, which he was quite certain would bring awareness to Autism, indeed it was “a test of will” like no other had ever dreamed. He would walk across America from Reno to Washington DC and as you know Reno is further West than Los Angeles, due to the shape of the United States and the curvature of the Earth.
“Don’t spend your precious time asking ‘Why isn’t the world a better place?’ It will only be time wasted. The question to ask is ‘How can I make it better?’ To that there is an answer.”
– Leo F. Buscaglia
Yes, you can make the world a better place by sharing your knowledge and skills with someone else. Or you can simply wonder how else you can make a difference. And you can make a difference – all that’s required is belief that you can…
“Act as if what you do makes a difference. It does.”
– William James
Everyone reading this article has a unique combination of qualities. They will have faced and overcome many challenges individual to them. And these experiences will have given them a unique perspective on life – their perspective.
So, armed with that perspective, and a belief that they can make a difference if they but try, each reader will (hopefully) be inspired to help themselves by helping someone else, in a way only they can.
But it’s not as simple as just reading an article. For anything worthwhile to be achieved, action is required. Action is what separates doers from dreamers.
And, of course, there is an inspirational quote for that, too:
“The act of taking the first step is what separates the winners from the losers.”
– Brian Tracy
And, if you take the first step here – if you decide to help others – then we will all be winners, you, me and the person you decide to help.
That is what I believe, anyway.
“With love and patience, nothing is impossible.”
And that is what Daisaku Ikeda believes.
